OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated March 31, 2014, and pursuant to Sections 10 and 13 of the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board Regulations , N.S. Reg 248/92, made by Governor in Council by Order in Council 92-1162 dated December 1, 1992, is pleased to approve the granting of a loan in the amount of $500,000 to Huybers Dairy Farm Limited, on terms and conditions as outlined in

Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
