CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Tuberculosis Sanatoria and Hospitals Act [Assented to March 29, 1978.] Rev. Stat. c. 261, new

section

Section of The Tuberculosis Sanatoria and Hospitals Act is repealed and the following substituted therefor: Objects “3 The objects of the League shall be: (

a) the care, conduct and management of sanatoria and hospitals for the treatment of tuberculosis; (

b) the establishment, either independently or in cooperation with municipal, hospital or other authorities, of clinics for examination and diagnosis, and the adopting of measures and the promotion of works and undertakings in its opinion necessary or desirable for preventing the development and spread of tuberculosis and other respiratory diseases in Saskatchewan”.
