Order in Council 783/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Curtis Smith of Kingston be reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of three years, effective September 13, 2026.
