OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated July 30, 2009, and pursuant to Sections 2, 6, 15, 16, 20 and 34 of

Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and Regulations thereunder, subsections 5(1), 9(1) and 9(2), is pleased to: (

a) consent to Nova Scotia Business Incorporated's Board of Directors decision of June 24, 2009, to approve financial assistance in an amount not to exceed Seven Hundred and Twenty Eight Thousand Dollars ($728,000.00) to Origin BioMed Inc. on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated July 30, 2009; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this order.
