OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services dated November 20, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services: (

a) entering into a net debt obligation resulting from additional capital and operating expenses required for the implementation of the Unified Communications Strategy, involving the implementation and sustainment of a hosted voice telecom technology solution for certain health care facilities; and (

b) executing agreements or other documents as may be required in connection with the net debt obligation.
