Order in Council 1442/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(1) of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation Act, 2017 , Robert Poirier of Oakville be appointed as part-time member of the board of directors of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
