Order in Council 1280/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of Ontario Regulation 651/21 made under the Endangered Species Act , 2007 , the Order in Council 41/2023 dated January 19, 2023, reappointing and re-designating Dolf DeJong of Toronto as a member and vice chair of the Species at Risk Conservation Trust is hereby revoked, effective May 9, 2025.
