Loi sur les commissaires à la prestation des serments Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1

Section of the Commissioners for Taking Affida- vits Act,

chapter of the Revised Statutes, 2011, is amended by adding after subsection (4) the following: 1 L’article de la

Loi sur les commissaires à la pres- tation des serments,

chapitre des Lois révisées de 2011, est modifié par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après le paragraphe (4) : 5(5) There is no fee payable for the appointment as a commissioner of oaths or for the renewal of an appoint- ment as a commissioner of oaths of the following per- sons, if the appointment or the renewal of the appoint- ment is made on the recommendation of a deputy head: 5(5) Ne sont assortis d’aucun droit ni la nomination en qualité de commissaire aux serments d’une des per- sonnes ci-dessous, ni le renouvellement d’une telle no- mination s’il est procédé à cette nomination ou à ce renouvellement sur la recommandation d’un administra- teur général : (

a) an employee as defined in the Civil Service Act; and

a) un employé selon la définition que donne de ce mot la

Loi sur la Fonction publique; (

b) a person appointed to the Civil Service under

section or of the Civil Service Act.
