Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated February 28, 2003, pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) dispose of certain lands containing 21,632 square feet, more or less, situate at or near Sydney, Cape Breton County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the property to Trustees of the First United Church of Sydney, Cape Breton County, for the price of $201.00; (

c) convey an easement containing 9,305 square feet, more or less, to the Cape Breton Regional Municipality, for the maintenance of two sewer lines, more particularly described in

Schedule "C" as shown outlined in red on

Schedule "D" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; and (

d) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance and a Conveyance of an Easement is such form as the Minister determines.
