OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated October 10, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective on and after November 28, 2023, to approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into the Contraventions Act Administration and Enforcement Agreement with the Department of Justice (Canada), respecting the administration and enforcement of the Contraventions Act (Canada), substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreement.
