B.C. Reg. 108/2021 , deposited April 19, 2021, under the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE ACT [section 35 (2)] and the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT [section 26 (2)]. Order in Council 246/2021, approved and ordered April 19, 2021.
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that effective May 1, 2021,
(
a) the Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 1, and
(
b) the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 2.

Appendix 1
Section 1 (1) of the Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, is amended by adding the following definition:
"Insurance Corporation of British Columbia" means the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia continued by
section 2 (1) of the Insurance Corporation Act ; .
Section 11 (1) is amended by adding the following paragraph:
(ggg) a rebate of all or part of a premium paid to the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia under the Insurance (Vehicle) Act and the plan operated under that Act.
Section 64 is repealed.
Schedule A is amended
(
a) in items 1 to 40 of the table in
section 2 (1) by repealing Column 3 and substituting the following as indicated:

(
b) in items 1 to 16 of Table 1 by repealing Column 3 and substituting the following as indicated:

Appendix 2
Section 1 (1) of the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended by adding the following definition:
