OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated February 24, 2006, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective February 24, 2006, to: (

a) revoke the assignment of supervision of the administration of the Liquor Control Act to the Honourable Jamie Muir, which assignment was made by Order in Council 2006-105 dated February 17, 2006; and (

b) assign supervision of the administration of the Liquor Control Act to the Honourable Judy Streatch, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act.
