Order in Council 1632/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 128 of the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021 , and

section 337 and

Schedule 1 of the Ontario Regulation 246/22, BRUCE ORMISTON of Kenora be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Management for the District of Kenora to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective December 12, 2025 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
