OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated May 2, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 113 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crop and Livestock Insurance Act , is pleased to reappoint Rachael Cheverie of Valley, Colchester County, as a member and designate her as Vice-chair of the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission for a term of three (3) years commencing June 9, 2023.
