Order in Council 795/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Scott Nettie was appointed as part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of two years, effective January 7, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 26/2021;

And

whereas Scott Nettie tendered his resignation effective February 16, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act , Order in Council O.C. 26/2021 be revoked effective February 16, 2022.
