Order in Council 1245/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Financial Services Tribunal Act, 2017 ,

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 661/2020 made April 16, 2020, Carlo Spadafora was appointed as a member of the Financial Services Tribunal;

Whereas Carlo Spadafora has resigned from the Financial Services Tribunal;

Therefore Order in Council numbered O.C. 661/2020 is revoked effective August 19, 2021.
