Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated January 30, 2007, pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) convey Lot 05-l and Lot 05-2 containing an area of 25,165 square feet and 86,649 square feet respectively, more or less, situate at Annapolis Royal, in the County of Annapolis, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B", which Schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the lands to Nova Scotia Power Inc. for $6,600.00 plus $700.00 administrative costs for a total of $7,300.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Grant of Easement in such form as the Minister determines.
