OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and the Minister of Natural Resources dated December 1, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 438 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Special Places Protection Act , is pleased to approve the designation by the Minister of Environment of an ecological site to be known as Wentworth Lake Nature Reserve, in the form set forth in
Schedule A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after December 29, 2015.
