OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Chair of Treasury and Policy Board dated February 10, 2004, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 496 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Voluntary Planning Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Vicki Harnish of Hubbards, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Voluntary Planning Board, effective March 5, 2004; and (
b) appoint Margaret F. MacDonald of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Voluntary Planning Board, for a term commencing March 5, 2004 and ending May 31, 2005.
