Section 28 of

Chapter 369 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Accountants Act, is pleased to approve the making by the Public Accountants Board of the Province of Nova Scotia of amendments to the regulations respecting public accountants approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 82-839 dated June 30, 1982, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after November 28, 2003.
