OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated June 18, 2025, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) sell Crown lands currently identified as PIDs 40000036, 40000044 and 40000077 containing approximately 5 hectares (12 acres) located in Herring Cove, Halifax County, and shown outlined in bold on

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to Halifax Regional Municipality, or its approved successors or assigns, for $1.00; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of the Order.
