Order in Council 1465/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jessica Connell was appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective January 7, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 34/2021;

And

whereas Jessica Connell tendered her resignation effective June 5, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 34/2021 be revoked effective June 5, 2021.
