Order in Council 973/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008 ,

Timothy Jackson of Waterloo

be re-appointed as a member of the board of directors of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding two years, effective from May 13, 2022.

And further that by virtue of subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008, he be re-appointed as a member of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding two years, effective from May 13, 2022.
