Order in Council 1280/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 810/2017 dated April 12, 2017 that reappointed D. Virginia Edwards of Toronto as a part-time Psychiatrist member of the Consent and Capacity Board under the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
