OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated December 15, 2010, and pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) effective April 1, 2010, revoke approval of the Excluded Classification Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2009-407 dated October 2, 2009; (

b) approve the Excluded Classification Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective April 1, 2010; (

c) effective April 1, 2009, revoke approval of the Liability Management and Treasury Services Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2008-455 dated September 3, 2008; (

d) approve the Liability Management and Treasury Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective April 1, 2009 to March 31, 2010; and (

e) approve the Liability Management and Treasury Services Pay Plan, containing the recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "C" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective April 1, 2010.
