Order in Council 63/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 6(1) and

section 6(2) of Ontario Regulation 612/20, Centralized Supply Chain Ontario, made under the Supply Chain Management Act (Government, Broader Public Sector and Health Sector Entities), 2019 :

George Szewchuk of Oakville, Ontario

be appointed as a part-time member and designated as Vice Chair of Centralized Supply Chain Ontario for a fixed term of twelve months, effective the later of January 15, 2021 and the date this Order in Council is made.
