OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated January 3, 2003, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Monica Sutherland, made pursuant to Order in Council 87-484 dated April 14, 1987; and (

b) appoint Monica Sutherland of Beaver Bank, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits, to expire January 31, 2008.
