OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister charged with administering the Heritage Property Act dated October 24, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 199 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Heritage Property Act , hereby grants the application dated March 20, 2025, to substantially alter the Church of Saint Peter and Saint John, a registered provincial heritage property located at 390 Shore Rd., Baddeck, as recommended by the Advisory Council on Heritage Property.
