OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated February 25, 2000, pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 193 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Halifax -Dartmouth Port Development Commission Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of S. Craig Littzen as a member of the Halifax-Dartmouth Port Development Commission, effective February 29, 2000; and (

b) appoint James Powell of Mississauga, Province of Ontario, as a member of the Halifax-Dartmouth Port Development Commission on behalf of the Province of Nova Scotia for a term commencing March 1, 2000, and ending February 28, 2003.
