[Adoption of rules under Expropriation Act ]

1 These rules are made pursuant to

Section 12 of the Utility and Review Board Act and

apply to any proceedings before the Board under the Expropriation Act .

2 These rules may be cited as the Expropriation Rules .

3 The Board adopts the regulations made pursuant to the Expropriation Act by Order in

Council 74-1366 as its Rules of Practice and Procedure under the Expropriation Act.
