Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Accessibility Act dated February 22, 2023, and pursuant to Sections 13 and 15 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2017, the Accessibility Act , and

Section 18 of the

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , hereby: (

a) revokes the appointment of David Caswell of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as member and designated Vice-chair of the Accessibility Advisory Board, made by Order in Council 2021-25 dated January 28, 2021, effective March 28, 2023; and (

b) designates Max Chauvin of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as Vice-chair of the Accessibility Advisory Board for the remainder of his term expiring October 10, 2025, effective March 28, 2023.
