Order in Council 669/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008 ,

Caroline Mandell, of Toronto, Ontario

be appointed as a member of the board of directors of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, effective from the date of this Order, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years;

And further that by virtue of subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008 , she be appointed as a member of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, effective from the date of this Order, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years;
