Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1999 (2nd Session), the Chiropractic Act , is pleased to appoint Rilla Banks of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Board of the Nova Scotia College of Chiropractors for a term of two years commencing July 30, 2020.
