On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsections 3(1) and 3(2) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021 , Hugh Wilkins of Toronto be appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
Further,
whereas Hugh Wilkins was reappointed as full-time member of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective April 24, 2022 by Order in Council O.C. 165/2022;
Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 165/2022 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
