OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated December 10, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into an agreement with the Public Health Agency of Canada to provide funding to Nova Scotia, in an amount up to $320,000.00 per year for two years, for costs related to transfusion and transplantation adverse event surveillance, in the form of agreement as set out in
Schedule A, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after January 22, 2013.
