OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act, dated October 27, 1998, pursuant to subsections 10(3), 15(1) and 28(4) of
Chapter 3 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1987, the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act, is pleased to appoint Glen Yungblut as Chairman of the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board at an annual retainer of $5,000.00 and a daily per diem of $400.00 plus expenses when on Board business, effective on, from and after November 3, 1998.
