OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated December 8, 1998, with the advice of the Minister responsible for Sydney Steel Corporation, pursuant to
Section 26 of
Chapter 456 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Sydney Steel Corporation Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to enter into an agreement with Royal Bank Asset Based Finance, a Division of Royal Bank of Canada, respecting receivables of Sydney Steel Corporation, in such form as the Minister may determine with the advice of the Minister of Justice.
