OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated November 20, 2001, and pursuant to
Section 48 of
Chapter 11 of the Acts of 1993, the Railways Act, is pleased to make regulations relating to railway safety in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after October 1, 1993.
