An Act to Amend the Seafood Processing Act Loi modifiant la

Loi sur le traitement des poissons et fruits de mer Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 5(1) of the Seafood Processing Act,

chapter S-5.3 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2006, is amended by repealing paragraph (

a) and substituting the following: 1 Le paragraphe 5(1) de la

Loi sur le traitement des poissons et fruits de mer,

chapitre S-5.3 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 2006, est modifié par l’abroga- tion de l’alinéa a ) et son remplacement par ce qui suit : (

a) holds a registration or licence under the Safe Food for Canadians Act (Canada), and

Section 6 of the Act is amended by repealing para- graph (

a) the applicant does not hold the registration or li- cence or have the certification referred to in subsec- tion 5(1), or

Section 16.31 of the Act is amended by repealing paragraph (
