Exemption

Part 6.1 of The Statutes and Regulations Act does not apply to regulatory requirements in a regulation amending the Cervid Protection Regulation , Manitoba Regulation 209/2014, that does one or more of the following:

(

a) establishes or alters areas where the hunting of cervids is prohibited or restricted;

(

b) governs conduct in respect of cervids in those areas.

Loi sur les textes législatifs et réglementaires ne s'applique pas aux obligations administratives que prévoit tout règlement qui modifie le Règlement sur la protection des cervidés , R.M. 209/2014, à une ou plusieurs des fins suivantes :

a) établir ou modifier les zones où la chasse aux cervidés est interdite ou restreinte;

b) régir les comportements relativement aux cervidés dans ces zones.

Time-limited application

Section 1 applies until November 1, 2022.
