Order in Council 66/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to Ontario Regulation 304/04, made under the Development Corporations Act

Stephen Spitzig of Walkerton, Ontario

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of the Walkerton Clean Water Centre at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years effective November 5, 2019 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.

[ Mr. Spitzig’s most recent appointment by Order in Council 1025/2016 expires November 4, 2019]
