OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated August 25, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 20 of

Chapter 194 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority Act, is pleased to approve amendments made by the Board of Directors of the Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority to the Handicapped Persons' Education Regulations, N.S. Reg. 103/75, made by the Board of Directors of the Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 75-838 dated July 22, 1975, to make the regulations consistent with recent amendments to the Act, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after September 27, 2011.
