Order in Council 858/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 5 (1) of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing Act ,

Laurie LeBlanc

be appointed Deputy Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing, effective June 10, 2019, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond December 1, 2021;

and further that Order in Council O.C. 974/2018, dated June 29, 2018, be revoked effective June 10, 2019.
