OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 3, 2003, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the issuance of a Release of Interest by the Minister of Natural Resources with respect to a parcel of land containing 10,000 square feet, more or less, situate at Stellarton, Pictou County, and more particularly described in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to George Alfred MacFarlane and Nancy Paulette MacFarlane, both of Stellarton, Pictou County, their heirs and assigns, for the consideration of $1.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
