OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment, dated December 20, 2016, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective on and after January 17, 2017, approve the Minister of Environment entering into: (

a) a Memorandum of Agreement between Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Health, acting through Health Canada, and Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia as represented by the Minister of Environment, in substantially the form set out in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

b) a Contribution Agreement between Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia as represented by the Minister of Environment and The Clean Nova Scotia Foundation in substantially the form set out in

Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
