OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated August 10, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 35A and subsection 80(3) of
Chapter 217 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Income Tax Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting tax refunds for seniors receiving the guaranteed income supplement in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after January 1, 2010.
