Order in Council 45/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1169/2020, dated August 6, 2020, Murray W. Angus was appointed as a member of the City of Belleville Police Services Board for a period not to exceed three years effective from August 6, 2020.

And

whereas Murray W. Angus has, in writing, effective September 27, 2022 resigned his appointment

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1169/2020 dated August 6, 2020, appointing Murray W. Angus as a member of the City of Belleville Police Services Board, is hereby revoked the date of this Order in Council.
