Order in Council 2373/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 183/75, dated the 22 nd day of January 1975 Dr. W.F. Bates of Belleville was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

and

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 2008/86, dated July 17, 1986, Dr. William F. Bates, of Belleville, a coroner for Ontario, was appointed as a Local Inspector of Anatomy;

and

whereas Dr. Bates has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective August 18, 2017;

therefore , pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 183/75 dated the 22nd day of January, 1975, be amended by deleting Dr. W.F. Bates name, address and area number from the

Schedule to said Order in Council.

and therefore , pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Anatomy Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 2008/86, dated July 17, 1986, appointing Dr. William F. Bates, as a Local Inspector of Anatomy, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
