chapter P-22.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1987, is amended by adding after

section 26 the following: 1 La

Section 29 of the Act is amended 2 L’article 29 de la Loi est modifié (

a) by repealing subsection (1) and substituting the following:

4 The Act is amended by adding after

chapter P- 22.2 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1987, is amended by adding after subsection (3) the following: 15 L’article 15 de la

section 85 of the Pro- vincial Offences Procedure Act and subsection (8) of that

section does not apply in relation to a young person. 15(4) L’adolescent n’est pas tenu de payer la
