OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business dated August 18, 2016, and pursuant to
Section 19 of
Chapter 5 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Innovation Corporation Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board to transfer to the Nova Scotia First Fund from the General Revenue Fund an amount not to exceed Twenty Nine Million Dollars ($29,000,000), effective October 25, 2016, and to confirm that, on and after October 25, 2016, no amount in the Nova Scotia First Fund is restricted for the purpose of the clean technology fund.
